AccessPoint: The Community Pop-Up will connect individuals to social programs and public services offered through the Government of Jamaica, including support with items such as TRN, P.A.T.H, health card access and other related government services.
We’re creating a welcoming community space with free light refreshments, open conversations, and a relaxed atmosphere where people can connect and feel comfortable.
Services

We provide free, community-based guidance to help individuals and families better understand and access social programs and public services available in Jamaica. This support is focused on navigation, clarity, and understanding available options.
Free Community Support Services might include guidance on:
PATH (Programme of Advancement Through Health & Education) — a conditional cash transfer programme for vulnerable families and individuals.
Public Assistance & Rehabilitation Grants — support for persons and families in need, especially those without other means of support.
Poor Relief & Emergency Assistance Programmes — support for basic needs when individuals face hardship.
National Health Fund (NHF) support — subsidized access to prescription drugs and health benefits for chronic conditions.
JADEP (Jamaica Drugs for the Elderly Programme) — medication assistance for seniors on eligible programmes.
School Feeding / Education Assistance — programmes that support children’s nutrition and school participation.
Homeless and Food Security Programmes — emergency assistance and reintegration services for individuals experiencing housing or food insecurity.
TRN support & registration guidance — helping individuals navigate how to get or update a Tax Registration Number for access to services.
Support is provided in a respectful, transparent, and community-centered manner, with the goal of helping individuals understand available options and how to move forward. Support is informational and navigational in nature and does not replace official government processes or decisions.

We provide fee-based, pre-booked, one-hour consultations to support individuals seeking guidance with Canadian Visitor Visa applications. These consultations are focused on clarity, preparation, and understanding the application process based on individual circumstances.
Paid consultation services may include guidance on:
Canadian Visitor Visa application requirements — understanding eligibility considerations, documentation expectations, and application components
Document preparation support — reviewing required documents for completeness and organization prior to submission
Application readiness and next steps — identifying gaps, risks, and appropriate timing for applying
General process navigation — understanding the online application process and what to expect after submission
Clarifying questions and concerns — providing informed responses based on publicly available IRCC guidance
Consultations are structured, intentional, and designed to provide clarity and inform next steps. Participation in a paid consultation is optional and does not obligate individuals to retain additional services.
